God Stirs

In 1996 God moved in our hearts to establish a house of prayer in Greater Cleveland that would burn day and night. Our vision to do so came through the book, “The Lost Art of Intercession” by James Goll.

Cleveland HOP is Born

After a visit to Hernhutt, Germany, the Moravian Pastor Christian Winter gave a prophetic word and commissioning to the Cleveland team of intercessors to do day and night prayer. After years of doing city-wide prayer meetings, a gathering of local pastors visited the KC-IHOP to see if God would allow us to establish a prayer house here. The Cleveland House of Prayer was birthed April 1, 2001.

Today

Now, many are giving their lives as full-time and part-time intercessory missionaries to see this vision come to pass. We invite you to come and be a part of our community as we seek to build a prayer culture in Cleveland.
